Doc Mike and Jenn here. This is a selfie from our last support group "wellness hub" meeting where we were updated on new diabetes technologies both currently available and those on the horizon.
November is Diabetes Month. I am still blessed and humbled to still be alive after so many years of type 1 diabetes, and I owe this mostly to the discovery of insulin and the incredible technologies that have been developed especially over the last decade.
If you are not familiar with our "cause", we are a nonprofit that helps people with diabetes socially, emotionally, and financially. Please review our website for more information about donating monetarily and/or actual pump supplies and sensors.

There are not many T1D support groups that meet regularly, involve people of all ages, and serve as a registry to help one another network, learn, and legitimately share supplies. We are well on the way building this non profit foundation to eventually accomplish all of these and even more. Please let us know your ideas
